AI GOVERNANCE

Responsible AI

How should a company actually use AI responsibly?

The context

As generative AI moved quickly into everyday work, the challenge was to turn broad principles into something people could actually use: a practical company framework for responsible adoption.

What I worked on

  • Researched the main operational and governance questions created by generative AI.
  • Structured principles around appropriate use, risk and accountability.
  • Translated policy language into guidance relevant to everyday teams.
  • Supported a framework designed to evolve with the technology.
WHAT I TOOK FROM IT

Good AI governance should not exist only to say “no”. It should make it clearer where experimentation is useful, where additional controls are needed and who is responsible for the decision.
