The context
Pattern making sits at the point where a creative idea has to become something that can actually be produced. The project explored whether emerging AI systems could shorten that gap without treating fashion development as a generic image-generation problem.
What I worked on
- Mapped the emerging technology landscape around sketch-to-pattern and AI-assisted pattern making.
- Compared different approaches against real product-development needs.
- Supported workshops, solution selection and pilot design.
- Helped translate technical capabilities into a process that business and product teams could evaluate.
WHAT I TOOK FROM IT
