Every year, like clockwork, I kick off January with a list of ambitious goals. Some are crystal clear, others… not so much. The first two months I’m on fire (kind of). But then, inevitably, the rhythm slips. I forget one goal, then another, until I abandon them all.
I’ve tried everything: planners (lost in a drawer within a week), Excel sheets (forgot to open the file), and even fancy to-do apps that promised miracles. Nothing worked.
Then, a few months ago, I stumbled across a Notion template by Easlo that completely changed my approach.

A Simple, Yet Brilliant Template
The template is built around a table that automatically generates a task for each day. Inside each task, I list the activities I need to complete and track my progress with a handy progress bar. There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching it fill up.
The template use the button’s Notion feature to let you create clickable buttons to quickly mark an activity as done
I also created a chart to visualize my progress. It’s a game-changer for seeing how disciplined I’ve been (or how much work I still need to do).
